A well shaped and regularly maintained eyebrow can enhance facial features and definitely improve looks. This is one area that everyone should be conservative in grooming.

Determine the following, where you brow begins, where it should arch the highest and where it ends. To determine where you brow should start, Use a pencil or something straight and line it with the outermost edge of your nose to the outer corner of the eye. Mark it. To determine the peak of the arch, line the outermost of the nose to outer rim or the iris or just about the brow bone. Mark this spot too. To determine where the brow should end, line it with the outermost edge of the nose and it should be lining up with the outer eye. Mark this spot.
Fill in the gaps using a brow pencil, this to avoid over plucking. Draw a line under your brow to determine the thickness of your brow.
Brush eyebrow using a spoolie. Pluck stray hairs.
Trim eyebrow using a spoolie brush and a small scissors.
Redo and fill the gap in your brow.
Go for mirrored effect and do same steps to you other brow.
Consider also the shape of you face in the beginning. If you find your brows too difficult to handle, it is best to seek professional assistance.
